Delete Your Bhilai Connect Account
Manage your account and personal data with complete transparency.
If you wish to permanently delete your Bhilai Connect account and associated data, you can do so directly from within the mobile app. Follow the steps below, or contact us if you're unable to sign in.
Delete your account in the app
The process takes less than a minute from within Bhilai Connect.
Open Bhilai Connect
Launch the app on your device.
Sign in to your account
Log in with the credentials linked to your account.
Go to Profile
Tap on your profile icon from the bottom navigation.
Open Settings
Find Settings from your Profile screen.
Open Danger Zone
Scroll to the Danger Zone section within Settings.
Tap Delete Account
Select the Delete Account option.
Confirm the deletion request
Confirm when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted.
What data will be deleted
Once confirmed, the following is permanently removed from our systems.

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Legal obligations
If retained, the data is stored only for the minimum period required by applicable laws or security requirements.
