These terms govern your access to and use of the Bhilai Connect mobile application. Please read them carefully before using the App.

01 Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using Bhilai Connect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

02 User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the App by, any third party. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when creating an account or submitting content.
  • Keeping your login credentials, where applicable, secure and confidential.
  • Not misusing, scraping or attempting to disrupt the App's services.
  • Not posting false, misleading, defamatory or abusive content or reviews.

03 Business Listings

Business owners may request that their business be listed on Bhilai Connect. By submitting a listing request, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the business and that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to review, edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

04 Accuracy

We aim to keep information such as business details, fuel prices and local news accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times. Prices, hours and availability can change without notice, and users should verify critical details independently before relying on them.

05 Content Ownership

Content you submit — including reviews, photos, ratings and listing requests — remains yours, but by submitting it you grant Bhilai Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the App and its promotional materials.

06 Intellectual Property

The Bhilai Connect name, logo, design, App interface and underlying software are the property of Bhilai Connect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

07 Limitation of Liability

Bhilai Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on listings, prices or news content displayed within it.

08 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, businesses or the App itself.

09 Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
